Terms of Service

SUM01 is an online platform for personal finance management: accounts and transactions, budgets and categories, savings goals, subscriptions and recurring payments, debts and credits, and analytics. Operator: Jourloy LLC. Contact: support@jourloy.com.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Public Offer. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

The Service is not a bank, credit broker, accounting, or investment advisory service and does not replace certified professional advice. All information is provided for reference only. You use the Service at your own risk.

1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of error-free or uninterrupted operation.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is intended only for users aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm your age. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, access may be terminated and data removed.

Sign-in uses a username and password (stored in hashed form). After registration and for continued use of the Service, each user must link and verify a unique account email with a confirmation code. That email is stored encrypted at rest, may be used for password recovery and service notices, and does not become a login unless email sign-in is introduced separately. Password safety remains your responsibility.

You provide financial records and settings. You retain rights to your content while granting us a non-exclusive license to process it for Service operation under the Privacy Policy.

We may collect, analyze, transfer, and sell anonymized and aggregated data if such data cannot reasonably identify a specific user.

You must not break the law, seek unauthorized access, upload malicious code, attempt de-anonymization, or collect third-party personal data without consent.

Two plans are available:

• Standard — 7 days of trial with no card, then 599 ₽/month or 5990 ₽/year;
• Assistant — 1990 ₽/month or 19900 ₽/year.

Payments are processed by a payment provider. Plans auto-renew until canceled in the UI; cancellation applies from the next billing period.

On first payment, you agree to tokenized payment method storage by the provider for recurring charges. Full card details are not sent to us.

Before payment, we request a separate billing email for receipts and pass it to the payment provider. In addition, users must maintain a verified unique account email; that address is stored encrypted at rest and is used for continued access, password recovery, and service notices.

After registration and for continued use of the Service, a verified unique account email is required. One email address cannot be used by two different accounts. Personalized advertising remains enabled regardless of plan.

1. The Service may contain advertising (including personalized ads) and partner materials. Ads are labeled and include legally required identifiers.
2. By using the Service, you consent to personalized advertising. Personalization uses technical identifiers and usage events; financial record content is not used for ad targeting.
3. Partner offers are provided by partners under their own terms. The Operator is not a party to such transactions.

The SUM01 name, design elements, databases, and software code belong to the Operator and/or licensors. Copying and reverse engineering are prohibited unless required by law.

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes are published in the interface. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are handled by courts at the Operator's location unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
